A great way to do this is through publicising your fundraising event. But if you can’t join in with fundraising, you can still use the opportunity to shout about Big Yellow Friday!
How to publicise your event
People you talk to on Facebook, Twitter, or any other networking site can be a great source of support for your event. Make sure you tell them all about it in plenty of time and give them the opportunity to make a donation if they can’t come along.
Make sure you tag CLDF in any Facebook pics of your Big Yellow Friday activities.
Use the hashtag #bigyellowfriday if you’re talking about Big Yellow Friday on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
